This is a new adventure for us, or at least the blog part is. Dan has been an avid 4-Wheeler since his youth. Riding dirt bikes growing up in Clearlake Ca. Wheeling all over the local mountains and riding quads in the dunes and on track in recent years.

Penne has had her share of fun in the dirt as well riding dirt bikes in her early years to quads in the dunes in recent years and 4wheeling all over with Dan.

All the while the pair has had a dream of some day sharing their story with you.

Dan had his 2004 4Runner when the pair met in 2008 on Yahoo Personals. It just took one “click” and they have been inseparable ever since. That 4Runner took them them to many beautiful places from the coast of Mendocino all the way down to San Francisco on one particular trip spanning 5 days.

When it was time to replace it there was no doubt it was with another 4Runner. Our current 2016 4Runner “Sophia” was purchased stock as an SR5 and has been being upgraded ever since to handle her job ahead.

She now sports a 4″ Tuff Country lift to fit her 33×12.50 Open Country MTs wrapped on Fuel “Beast” 18×9 wheels with -12mm offset. Smittbilt Defender (40504) rack & N-Fab wheel to wheel steps.
